Krishnie obtained her LLB at the University of South Africa. She served articles at Singh & Gharbaharan Attorneys. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in November 2007.  She joined the trust division of Maitland Trust, Durban in 2008 where she gained extensive knowledge in deceased estates, family law, debt collections and estate planning.

She went into private practice in 2012, specializing in deceased estates.  She closed practice in December 2014 and joined Singh & Gharbaharan Attorneys as a Professional Assistant in 2015. She then went on to join the Fiduciary Department of Garach Incorporated in May 2018 as a Legal Advisor. She joined our Fiduciary department in September 2021.
