Amendments to Regulation 68(1) suspended

In recent days there has been emphasis placed on whether people/entities are in possession of their original title deeds due to the amendment of Regulation 68 (1) i.e. applications for replacement title deeds, that was Gazette on the 25^th January 2019 and was to be implemented on the 25^th February 2019.

You will be glad to know, that the implementation of the amendments to Regulation 68(1) has been SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE and we will keep you updated on the developments in this regard.
