Fallon graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand (“Wits”) with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in 2014 and a Masters in General Law (LLM) in 2015, where she was inducted as a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society and registered on the Dean’s list.
During Fallon’s LLM degree she focused on the following electives: law of banking and finance (core level), media law (core level), access to information and privacy law (core level) and cyber law.
Due to the increasing number of cyber-attacks affecting company’s and personal data in South Africa and worldwide, Fallon wrote a research piece entitled: Prosecuting cybercrime in the South African banking industry which was published by Wits University.
Fallon commenced her articles at Anthony Hinds Attorneys where she gained experience in labour law matters and general litigation. The balance of Fallon’s articles was served at Tomlinson Mnguni James Incorporated where she gained considerable insight into general High Court and Magistrate’s Court practice, commercial and civil litigation and commercial arbitrations.
Fallon was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2018 and is an associate in the firm’s commercial/litigation department in the Johannesburg office. Fallon has a keen interest in matrimonial matters and general litigation.
