Conan completed his articles with Tomlinson Mnguni James and was admitted as an attorney in 2009. Subsequent to his articles Conan spent time in Johannesburg in Industry and in practice. Conan brought his experience in civil litigation and commercial work into the Employment and Labour Law Department. He is involved in the litigation aspects of the department as well as consulting on the commercial aspects of employment and labour.
